2) Upon approval, partner families then put 300 hours of “sweat equity” into building their home and their neighbors homes.

3) They purchase their home from Racine Habitat and pay an affordable mortgage.

4) Mortgage payments are then placed in the “fund for humanity”, helping fund the construction of additional homes.
