We build and sell affordable homes with a zero percent mortgage to qualifying partner families.

  • 1) Families complete a thorough application process.

  • 2) Upon approval, partner families then put 300 hours of “sweat equity” into building their home and their neighbors homes.

  • 3) They purchase their home from Racine Habitat and pay an affordable mortgage.

  • 4) Mortgage payments are then placed in the “fund for humanity”, helping fund the construction of additional homes.
